Submission of forms
If you wish to submit a form:

The form(s) must be filled out in full, unless otherwise indicated.
Attach all the relevant details and attachment(s) as required.
Send the form(s) and attachment(s) to submissions@osir.gov.sg.
We are only able to process the application that is sent to us at submissions@osir.gov.sg. All other modes of submission will not be accepted.
Outcome of Application
OSIR will process your application upon receiving all required documents. We seek your understanding that some applications may take longer to process.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the application, you may submit a reconsideration application within 14 calendar days. Parties may refer to Reconsideration and Appeal for more information on the process.
